Porter Lyons offers repairs on all pieces within our 1-year warranty window at no charge. Repairs outside of this window are subject to a fee, determined upon in-person assessment of your piece.
Please note, our warranty does not cover alterations, neglect, accidents, lost items, or damage occurring more than 20 days after shipment. Purchases from unauthorized retailers are not eligible for repair.
