How to Use This Guide

  1. Print this guide at 100% scale — never use "fit to page"
  2. Verify the 100mm calibration bar below matches a real ruler before proceeding
  3. Carefully cut out the circle that best matches your size
  4. Slide the circle onto your finger — it should fit snugly over the knuckle
  5. If between sizes, choose the larger size
